Protecting your privacy is our priority. This page explains how the personal information we collect through this website will be treated.

Who we are

Our website address is: https://freelanceworks.co.uk/

We are a group of freelance web developers each working independently through this website. We are real people but do not have a physical address. We do not display a contact email but you can contact us anytime via the contact form on this website.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We use the Contact Form 7 plugin to manage contact form submissions. The information you fill in is sent as email message that only a select few are allowed to access. The information is not stored in the database on our hosting server but only on local device for later reference purposes. We use your information only to answer your query.

Along with the information you provide, we receive meta information about the submissions, including the time stamp, the origin IP address, and the user agent (browser) which do not identify you but used for spam control only. We also use Google reCaptcha to secure our online forms and Google Analytics to monitor our site visits. These third party services will also install their own cookies detailed in Cookie Policy page.

How long do we keep your information

There is no set time limit on storing your information. We normally delete them when we think it is no longer necessary to keep. If you want your information to be removed from our records, please contact us. We will remove it anytime you have concerns about your privacy.

Do we share your information with other parties?

No. We do not share the information you give us with anyone else. For further safeguarding, we only use WordPress plugins and themes that are hosted by WordPress.org. WordPress.org’s guidelines clearly prohibit tracking users without their explicit informed consent.

Please use the contact form for any privacy related querries.
